Hello! My name is Kayla Furie and I am so happy you are here! 

Now, first things first: you might be thinking to yourself, "She is so young!" Well, let me assure you, while I am young, I am also hard working and a team player. I am dedicated to both training and being professional. I always make my role and castmates my top priority.

You may have recently seen me in Ruthless! The Musical at Out Front Theatre, The Secret Garden, White Christmas or Chess at Jennie T. Anderson Theatre, Mary Poppins at The Aurora Theatre, Matilda or The Best of Broadway at Atlanta Lyric Theatre, or Fiddler on the Roof and The Sound of Music at City Springs Theatre Company!

 

I study Musical Theatre, Dance and Acting and have been taking private vocal lessons for over five years. I am also fully vaccinated! I accurately portray characters 8-14 years of age.

When I am not working or training, I go to school, see as much local theatre as possible and watch my favorite TV show of all times: Friends! I am also open to answering any and all Friends trivia questions. How you doin'?

My favorite food is ice cream, favorite musical is Pretty Pants Bandit and dream role is Tina in Ruthless (I actually JUST played my dream role in May, so manifesting a new Dream Role soon!)..
